Thank you for a very clear explanation on how you are using the term fascism. My problem with your definition is simply that fascism has always had codependent partner in corporatism and held power by marrying the state to the corporate interests. The omission of this connection changes the dynamics of the term in too much of an 1984 fashion to suit me.

Nevertheless, I appreciate your thoughtful explanation of what you were intending.
