Please...

Nukes are of marginal strategic value unless killing innocent civilians is your strategy.

And even then you need the means to deliver them to a strategic target.

The Fat little dictator of NK and the skinny little leader of Iran must be smoking some good dope if they think having nukes will turn them in to "big men" on the world stage...

I think they suffer from little-man's disease.

In dog terminology they are "yippers". A quick boot to the head will cause them to go and hide under the bed.
