I just called my old friend Randy to see if he's actually publishing these articles, and he is..........in my old home town newspaper. I've known this Randy for 30 years now, met him when I worked in Key West.
A high profile lawyer in that low profile town. Use to house sit for he and his wife when they sailed to the Dry Tortugas.

Randy now is a retired attorney who lives in Lake Placid, Florida. He previously served as a legal advisor to the U.S. Mission in Vietnam and as County Attorney for Monroe County, Florida. It seems our mutual friend Publius has been placing some of his writings here. Randy is not one for dialoging, he's declined to join the Zone.

A shame, such a bright mind. Maybe he WILL join, some day.
Best to you and Becky, Randy (if you're reading this).
