Just put a bounty on the head of each illegal alien.

I'd gladly sell out my illegal neighbors if the govenment offered me $50.00 per head to give their critical, work, home, telephone, and other "whereabouts" information.

Lets see... That would cost the govenment about $500 million to get rid of all of them (Even assuming they didn't get smart and get legal real fast.)
