Redistricting in Houston

You know who started redistricting in Houston? It was the Democrats in the late 80â€™s in early 90â€™s. They redrew Houston districts to get minority votes. I was against it then.

I still think redistricting is wrong, and DeLay should not have done it. Districts should be neighborhoods and local areas, not carefully selected populations based on demographics.

I would like to districts changed back to the way they were before all this mess started.
