re: Maybe
While you've been pining away for the classic conservatives, I've been wishing for more central democrats. I'm hoping that's what we got. What I'm really hoping for is that there will be a transition from the extremist democrats in power to some leadership that is closer to the center. If the democrats can do it, maybe we Republicans can too. It seems like 9-11 and the war on terror has forced the leadership on both sides to the corners, now maybe we can lower the gloves and start some baby steps back towards the center of the mat. Nancy Pelosi is a concern to me. I wish somebody else had the reigns, but I am optimistic, that this change could be for the better.
