They're still voting in this county. A college town.

Also, the numerical advantage rural counties have in uncounted precincts, at this point, does not catch up to the urban votes yet to be counted.

Tester is still up by 8% with 52% counted. He's going to win or I'll eat my hat. It's a pastry hat, covered in frosting but I'll eat it.
