If an animal has a particular fundamental frequency and learns something, then it can be communicated to other animals whose consciousness oscillates at the same frequency. The same phenomenon is at work when all bees sting an attacker at once or ants on a trail panic simultaneously - we have a signal transmission just as real as if here someone shouts "fire" in a crowded building.
Distance means nothing. Precise frequency relationship allows distances to be covered without interference. And when two long married couples "sense" each other's thoughts or predict their arrival at home we have another example of a field interaction based upon developed frequency relationship/recognition.
