Magnetic reversals...
I skimmed the paper- it is a hoot- he mentions magnetic reversals, but the fact is that they happen on a 100,000 year timescale (4-5 per million years in the past 10 million years) Even if you throw out the dating of these flips then the 40-50 documented flips (probably many more are documented) mean that the magnetic field flips every 100 or so years... this is nonsense...
He also claims water was transmuted to become the other elements that make up the earth... The 'paper' is laughable, the man is a liar, and likely unbalanced...
