In what way is it a closed discussion? Do you mean access to participate is limited to Israelis or Palestinians? I looked every in the 'Registration' and 'Help" pages and couldn't find any restrictions.
Also note the main forum page which includes a "free for all" section, ie. even for non-members.''
Or are you just saying they are not accepting any new posts? - hence discussion is 'closed'?
