Well you couldn't done much more to show bona fide good intentions. However, I can understand restricting participation to people in that area, because that region really is a universe all its own, apparently. Most American Jews for instance are miles away from Israelis not only in distance but in mentality and culture as well. - as well as in daily experience of life; not referring so much to terrorism but actually to the overall intensity of the ME, spiritual and otherwise. So those guys probably know what they mean when they resrict participation to ME Jews and Moslems. The other point there is that widening the parameters would just bring in too many variables into the soup, given all the different kinds of Jews and Moslems world-wide - not to mention anyone else, Christian, secular, or whatever.

Still, 'free for all' should mean just that, so it's good to see they seem to have eased up on that since yesterday. Every tightly-run forum should still have an opening like that for free participation.
