I know I would. Most neighborhoods go to seed eventually. For some it's crime for other neighborhoods it's activism. Eventually, the punks, mentally disturbed and pickpockets make their presence known in both instances.
I remember I once had an unavoidable ten minute chat with a dangerously insane woman wielding a knife next to my parked car. She was railing on about the spy cables in her home and the cable company that was watching her 24/7. She was certain that Bush (senior) was behind it because he was a former director of CIA.
Most protest groups are composed of about 50% mentally unstable folks rushing like a 747 on full throttle at takeoff towards the mental equivalent of the 'cable lady'.
