What more do you need....
RegisterFly's technicians' put my link up in the wrong format and was unable to connect properly with the parent company's site and send me emails (or orders).
All I could do was talk to some teenage nerd there by live messaging who was probably on line with three others, eating a sandwich, and on his cell with his girlfriend at times. There were times when you'd be on line with them for 20-30 minutes and then they'd just disappear, like their shift was up or something.
If I DID get someone who seemed to have a clue, it was rare, and it took me hours and nearly two weeks before some technician spotted and fixed the problem.
