Not to suddenly get serious or anything, but I'm not entirely displeased at the prospect of "devolution" among the more powerful of the Cold Warrior states. Take a bite out of the UK to bring back Scotland, another bite out of the US to bring back the 19th century...er, I mean, the South. What's the downside again? I'm in a pimple-popping mood.
