Agit-prop pieces like that are designed to spur fear. Fear of China & India, fear of computers replacing man and fear of diminishing western anglo-saxon/caucasoid superiority in molding and shaping the world. Even titling it "shift happens" is meant to create a negative association.
Well, in the US, we've been outnumbered by Chinese and Indian honor students for well over half a century. History has proven, without a shadow of a doubt, that there are statistical differences in races hereditarial human potential. Throw in cultural and religious indoctrination, which tends to suppress original thought and independent thinking, and you will often need those millions of extra honor students to equal the genius of just one, or several minds. But that's not PC-think so we better pretend it's not well-evidenced all over the world.
Computers will never replace man, though they already illustrate that they are a human health hazard by creating far too much sedentary time. Since scientists still don't understand the thinking process or how the brain facilitates consciousness, folks should have no fears of being outwitted by a merely super-fast data processor.
I don't know who sponsored that clip, but it is clearly designed to diminish the viewer, not inspire or motivate, (except perhaps hate-groups and anti-tech Luddites) and that alone is reason to suspect the motives of the producers.
