NY versus London
I keep seeing that London has seven times the crime rate of NYC, but little in the way of comparative numbers.
NY has done a great job reducing crime in recent years. Going from well over 2000 homicides a year in the early nineties to about 500 now.
And while you are more likely to get mugged in London, the murder toll there is about 180 a year - which hasnt changed much in last 20 years.
As usual, you're barking up the wrong tree.
