Gang Banger culture.

I'm not making this up to fit recent events...

As I was filling my car with gas yesterday, a small asian male, I'd guess maybe he was 16 or 17 pulled up next to me...With speakers blaring Gang Banger garbage...

It was really pretty comical, especially the fact that his pants were 6 sizes to big. (I wonder if he was trying to pretend that he was hiding a glock in his oversized trousers.)
