Oh, and about the broken arm
I was riding my bike back home... a large truck turned into me- I put on the brakes, but i slammed into the truck- my left arm took most of the blow.....
I slid under the truck- two witnesses said I did an amazing backflip to avoid the wheels since the driver went 30 yards AFTER she hit me- I dont remember that
My bike was crushed....
I guess I could have sued for a lot, but I just dealt with it myself...
Anyways, I wasnt being a daredevil, It was just me biking home on a normal day... I talked to the lawyer and he made it quite clear that the driver would be fired, I told him that I would sue if she was fired- hopefully she kept her job...
