It would be wonderful if you could just pull out the old "Tantalus Field" and erase individual terrorists hiding in other countries.
Even targeted special operations against specific hideouts seem to kill too many innocent people for the anti-war types.
Still open for suggestions. I note that no other nation is showing us how to do it "right" when it comes to eliminating terrorists from havens in sympathetic nations.
