Again, by attacking a safe target like Bush, the Europeans, or someone like Roberts, can vent without fear, and avoid the serious moral and real-world repercussions involved in attacking real war criminals like the radical Islamists.
Note that Roberts even blames Bush for what Putin is doing. Why not? If you actually look at the reality of the situation, the simple answers don't work any more, and the world becomes a scarier place.
Far easier to believe we are only one election away from peace on Earth.
