We have all been here before...

"For instance light has a freguency and therefore a wave lenght; lenght of a wave can only occur if there is motion involved and therefore energy and motion imply the same consept and both require a medium that moves, if the medium is taken away, then energy could not exist."

Hmmmm...we could call this mysterious medium the "aether", the medium which oscillates when light propagates through it. If that were the case, we could devise an experiment where the absolute motion of the earth through space could be determined by determining differing speeds of a split beam of light in two orthogonal directions, simultaneously, and determining the difference.

Isn't that what Michelson-Morely did over a century ago, and they could find no difference? This proved, among other things, that there was no inertial reference frame, that space and time were both variable, and only the speed of light itself was constant.

This ground was covered well over a century ago, Johannes,

"The Michelson–Morley experiment was published in 1887 by Albert A. Michelson and Edward W. Morley and performed at what is now Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.[1] It attempted to detect the relative motion of matter through the stationary luminiferous aether ("aether wind"). The negative results are generally considered to be the first strong evidence against the then-prevalent aether theory, and initiated a line of research that eventually led to special relativity, in which the stationary aether concept has no role. The experiment has been referred to as "the moving-off point for the theoretical aspects of the Second Scientific Revolution".

This was all settled a long time ago. You were proven wrong long before you were born.
