1) What "three inseparable parts of an atomic structure" are you talking about? I never heard of any such thing. You're making it all up because it fits in with your fairy tales.
2) There is absolutely no relation between science and the Christian religion, or any other religion--and I can prove it! The Christian religion has been around for about two thousand years. Science based on observation and experiment is historically much more recent.
As far as the Trinity is concerned, what if you're not a Christian? There are billions of deeply religious people in the world who do not believe in any such thing. Jews and Muslims are as completely baffled by the concept as atheists are. Why? Because it makes no sense! Its double-talk. And your explanations are a run-around.
Even Christians didn't have a concept of the Trinity until the fourth century, according to the website you pointed me to. The concept is not mentioned anywhere in scripture, it was invented by some committee of priests, probably because it reminded people of some popular pagan ritual they knew would attract followers to Christianity.
Maybe there is a god, I don't know, I have no way of knowing. Nobody does. But I do know one thing. What we call "religion", a formal system of worship of God, with rules and regulations, rituals and scripture and ceremony is man-made nonsense, tribal superstition and medieval mysticism.
Now, if you want to tell me that you suspect there is some mysterious divine intelligence which created the universe and controls it, I may not agree because I see no evidence of it. But I see no evidence against it either, so who knows, you may even be right. I believe a few things myself I cannot prove logically or scientifically, so I can at least respect that kind of belief.
But spare me the rest of the nonsense, the prayers, the afterlife, the reward and punishment, the 72 virgins for the sycophants and the private eternal torture chamber for the skeptics. How can anyone take seriously a religion based on the concept of the scapegoat, a god that insists someone must be punished for a sin, even if its not the individual who committed the sin. A universe that deals out reward and punishment at random, but insists virtue is rewarded and sin punished. And just what IS sin, anyway? Its all Bronze Age Bullshit, let it be. There's already enough anomalism in the Zone.
