They must be psychic.
Or visionary.
NOTHING is going to stay the same. You are heavily packed into an area that depends on imports to survive. And you're ALL THE WAY down the state. Look at your import routes. Look at your ports. Look at the dry land, poor water and over-population. Look at your delicate dependence on electric power and how it affects you. Did you go without power in 100` heat during any of the hurricanes?

I did, and I moved up to the mountains BECAUSE of a more moderate climate, fresh underground water and local markets. And the people here are friendly, and helpful. I'd like to think I'm looking ahead, not only for my kids but for THEIR grandchildren. I hope someday to build here and leave it to them.
