Ah, Christian charity is your answer
That's going to make the Jews, Muslims, atheists, Wiccans, etc. feel real good about your plan.
It always comes down to this doesn't it Tom. Government burdened by the Constitutional laws of equality of race, religion, and status couldn't possibly be expected to fulfill this role but the Christian churches who have in their charter that people that don't adhere to their dogma will burn eternally in the fires of Hell, will step right up and fill in the gap. Makes one feel all warm and fuzzy to know that the answer was right inside us all the time as long as we wear this little cross around our neck.
