Reality check (probably not much use on this thread)
We aren't talking about history. We're talking common sense. There are billions of people on this planet. It would take only one of them floating across the Snake River using only the power of his mind, with eager media cameras rolling, to make a spectacular impact on our views of how things are.
Instead we have decade after decade of anecdotes, irreproducible phenomena, bullshit, fuzzy photos, and meaningless noise.
In case you hadn't noticed, the burden of proof isn't on me in this kind of discussion.
