If you go onto any of the sites that deal in helping people rid themselves of malware of any sort, they'll all require you to do scans with a product called Hijack This. This program will identify everything that starts up when your computer does and allows you to quickly see where culprits might be that reload themselves after you've removed them.
The program is free and widespread. Every computer ought to have a copy.
