Actually, I thought I was getting Adware, a freebie that Fox had recommended so I figured they had started charging in the interim (it was a one-time fee). Once I discovered my mistake, it was too late.
I have Spybot which seems to be doing well except it keeps trying to remove Windows Security, which I wouldn't mind since I have McAfee but then I always have to tell it to choose McAfee again once the Windows Security is removed.
I'm a little annoyed at myself that I didn't take the trouble to make a complaint about NoAdware since I have a feeling they used misdirection from Adware. And the names being so similar...
I had looked at reviews at the time and there didn't seem to be any problems at that time with NoAdware but that's been a year ago. So I'll go back out and find Adware (I hope I'm remembering the name correctly) and uninstall NoAdware. Thank you!
