Ran it and it found all kinds of items. I think I'll like it.

I uninstalled NoAdware and deleted the folders and files. Come to find out, there was an upgrade that was on my computer that had never been run. NoAdware was a piece of crap, obviously, and I'm glad I'm rid of it. Thanks for the advice!
