The Phantom Black idles smoothly back out of the garage. The night air is hot and even at 10 o'clock the digital thermometer still reads over the century mark. Ann is sleeping upstairs, having an early flight to NY tomorrow.

With a silent whirring noise the garage slowly closes. I take a final glimpse at the Red Gallardo Spyder's tail and I turn on the Harmon-Kardon radio and 15 speakers come to life. The 6 cd changer in the glove compartment is loaded and ready for a quiet concerto or ready to pump 420 watts of ear-destruction to the neighborhood.

The Festival began at 9 and everyone who's anyone will be there...
