Ban Patio Heaters

I got a better idea though: Why not force people in the USA to paint the roofs and walls of their buildings white???

The white would reflect more radiant heat into space...Thus (1) counteracting global warming while, 2) reducing the heat island effect, and reducing the need for wasteful air-conditioning!!! The government mnust act now to save the planet!

BAN PAINT THAT IS ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHITE!
