I'm sure some will argue that achitecturally some homes and businesses require a dark or black colored roof.

I disagree. Building should be white. Roofs should be white. It is time for the government to do something about global warming, and this could be a very simple and inexpensive way of fixing the problem.

Black is bad for the environment.
