It's not the game. It's the distribution.
Oh come on now. This story and post isn't about the game. It's about the fact that some agency sponsored by the US military is distributing it free to our military personnel.
If that program they were distributing were Grand Theft Auto, which I deem reprehensible by the way, at least the program would not be promoting some fundamentalist doctrine to men and women that were surrounded by obviously conflicting moral choices. Instead of teaching them to be holy Christian warriors it would simply be teaching them to be violent assholes. Neither is preferable but the latter doesn't violate the separation of church and state.
If you can't see the sinister intent of choosing this one game to put out for free then your naivety is endless.
