It's probably easier to land an electrolysis plant on the polecaps of Mars and melt the ice, then split the H2O into H2 and O2...

Whether it's Nuclear or Solar powered is only a matter of politics and time frame.

Don't even bother shipping H2 to Mars. The planet has enough H2O for the future of the Human Race. The future is BIGGER than we can imagine.
