Bigs is skipping the Galaxy Module and going right to Sundancer

Due to the successes of the Genesis modules and the increase in launch costs by the Ruskies. I wonder if the Bigs modules could be added to ISS, and if those additions could in any way prevent such a stupid early deorbiting?
