They'll come back.

They came back after the Gulf War--well, many of them. The ones who didn't back then came back by the thousands after the 2003 invasion. It wasn't the U.S. they were afraid of. When things settle down, they'll come back again.

A million or so have left. That leaves 24 million that haven't.

And yeah, I'm going to let Bob Woodward and Richard Clarke tell me how it is.

I do my own thinking.
