"They'll come back." What's gonna bring 'em back? Do you think they want to come back to a civil war?

Comparing this situation to the first Gulf War? C'mon. How long did that last? Did the society remain stable? Are you serious?

And your refusal to admit to facts which don't fit your preconception describes exactly how Bush & Co. have run the country. Isolated and denying anything which is unpleasant leads to messes such as this. That's why it's called "State of Denial", though Woodward doesn't editorialize in the book. It's obvious when one compares the facts with the words.

(Who was more correct during Watergate, the Republicans, the Conservatives, or Woodward? Heh, heh.)

Ya done good, even though you didn't know it. Do your own thinking, but do it based upon facts and reality, not ideology if you want to understand the world.
