Torture, warrantless wiretapping program dismissed on "state secrets" grounds

Now the US fascist state is LEGAL. The Supreme Court today dismised a case brought against the CIA for torture.
So, are you all happy now?
You can be tortured and wire tapped illegally and there's not a damn thing you can do about it because it's an "official STATE secret" now. The Supeme Court is in Bush's pocket.
