That's what the website builders seem to believe. If you're still using dial-up, which about half the country still does, you're not worth messing with.
If you think you have it bad, go back to dial-up.
I hit a lot of links, and close the window after realizing it's a video, flash or java app that's 4, or 40 MB.
Forget youtube, and a lot of other popular sites.
