Is it your view that a doctor should be forced to take on more patients than he thinks he can handle?

I doubt it was personal. I see that all the time, especially from GPs. My kids got "grandfathered" into the GP my wife and I use when they got too big for a pediatrician, but if I had been a brand new patient, it might not have been that easy.
