No one was hurt at all. It was a glancing blow, his headlight hit my taillight. My car was still driveable, his wasn't but almost.
It was clearly my fault. He was speeding, I'm positive, but there's no way to establish that. The accident, while a psychological pain in the neck and ass, was not physically debilitating for anyone.
