We can't always speak with ABSOLUTE certainty on EVERY issue.
I'm not saying there is no such thing as truth or untruth. What I'm saying is it isn't that easy to tell them apart. In fact, sometimes its impossible. Let's face it, if there was only one truth, and it was obvious to everyone, we would have very little to disagree about, and even less to talk about.
I have been wrong about a lot of things, I'm probably wrong about some things now. And no doubt I'll be wrong about even more things in the future. But when someone tells me I MUST be wrong (because they are obviously right) and the reason I don't believe them is because I'm either stupid or evil, I tend to get really pissed.
People like that piss me off not because I think they are wrong, but because they think they must be right. Its the "must" part that gets me. Who the hell do they think they are?
