A white cop murders a black boy, empties a clip into him while he's on the ground, at a time when this issue is exploding all over the country, causing immense controversy and even civil unrest; and you see it as just a minor sidebar in your petty little ideological vendettas. Does lowering your capital gains exposure really mean that much to you? Is this your big chance to dismantle Obamacare?

Emmanuel did not CAUSE this shooting to happen. His corruption, however serious it might be, is completely incidental to this shooting, not causal. This killing is part of a much bigger narrative, one that has been tearing this country apart since Rodney King, and which has its roots all the way back to Jim Crow, segregation, and the Civil War. And all you see is Rahm Emmanuel and his connection to Obama, a gotcha for the liberals, a little snare to embarrass the Democrats. You don't need to remind me about Rahm Emmanuel, I was the one who brought him up, remember? And now you're bringing up the Daley's. What next, are you going to give me a lecture on how Kennedy stole the 64 election?

What is the matter with you? Did the Molly Maguires shut down your great-great-grandaddy's coal mine? Or are you just trying to distract us from what this video reveals about Black Lives Matter? You do realize you do this every time something happens that you find ideologically embarrassing; you try to distract us by diverting our attention with a total irrelevancy which somehow strikes you as profoundly significant? Remember when Trayvon Martyin was killed, you suddenly felt it necessary to solemnly remind us he actually had a picture of himself holding a pistol ON HIS CELLPHONE.
