Let me help you understand something that should be obvious, Ed.

The old NASA reference manned Mars mission architecture no longer applies and was a reference just at the DOE's list of possible nuclear fueled spacecraft was and is a reference. I know the anti-nuke nutcases want to make every possible RTG and reactor a major danger and that real dangers such as old USSR reactors still in orbit don't count.

Anyway, no concrete plans exist, no Mars plans for humans right now. In fact many people want all the money "wasted" on Mars spacecraft spent on the "new" goal of the Moon. At best 40 to 50 years from now we might be heading off to Mars...but I seriously doubt it will be with the Constellation architecture if at all.

If someone cared to google your name and mine they would easily find what I actually think of your knowledge base and abilities, but again that is old stuff. So please tell me where I've recently insulted you? And are you actually telling us an insult is a complement to your way of thinking?
