What if Clinton had led the US and Middle East into this mess? What if he had lied about WMDs, democracy, nukes and the rest of the stuff and launched a preemptive war with no win and no exit possible?
What if Clinton had made a direct assault on human and civil rights, the core values which used to make America great and a moral leader? What if it had been Clinton who trashed the US in world opinion, in the opinion of those who value community over destruction?
I can imagine what Conservatives would be saying. After all, they got truly bent over a married man lying about a blow job, imagine if it had been something as serious as outing a covert CIA agent? Would they be yelling "TREASON!"
