re: "Political Interference with Climate Change Science under the Bush Administration."

"The evidence before the Committee leads to one inescapable conclusion: the Bush Administration has engaged in a systematic effort to manipulate climate change science and mislead policymakers and the public about the dangers of global warming."

I would agree, Hansen after all is part of the Bush administration. And Hansen should have fired a long time ago, for his political involvement with Al Gore and general failure to act as the director of NASA's Goddard Institute for Space Studies.
Also whoever has been predicting the long term forecast of the increase in hurricane activity- should have been fired. Anyone promoting the idea that global warming in related to an increase in Hurricanes, should also should have been axed.
And why did we need a Canadian to debunk the Hockey Stick? And same guy to show that US temperature was falsely graphed.
And who is the idiot at the EPA that wants CO2 to be classified as a pollutant?

Why hasn't Bush created a global warming Czar, who in charge with similar task of what the UN is doing- why do we rely on the UN? A body that has repetitively demonstrated so much incompetence in anything it does?

Why is it left to people such as myself to point out the obvious that building more nuclear reactors would be the obvious solution to lowering CO2 emission. What the hell has the Dept of Energy been doing?

The US as spend tens of billions of dollars on matters related global warming per year. The world has spend hundreds of billions per year. The amount real scientific attention to it has been abysmal- the amount chattering idiots such as Hansen, has been overly abundant.

Now, it could argued that Bush has been distracted by more important matters, and obviously this Administration hasn't been functioning very competently for decades. And those writing this report have failed miserably throughout the years- Waxman is well known idiot in this regard. And present Congress performance in general has been probably the worst in quite some time.
