When I read an article like the one on the Volt I always wish they could manage to put the mileage into terms that really have a meaning. The best way would be cents/mile. The article says that the Volt could be charged overnight by simply plugging into an electrical outlet but how much would the average family pay for the extra electricity for a 100 mile trip?
