And not many people drive there "luxury car" on road trips.

Generally luxury cars sit in a garage most of the time, and only come out when it is time to impress the neighbors.

Again, a 100 mile range would be plenty for the luxury of impressing people.

That's where the Tesla idea is friggen great.

Detroit will get the message eventually.
