Now, explain how Ronald Reagan, another dim bulb in the Republican firmament is responsible for the collapse of the Soviet Union, and George Bush isn't responsible for screwing up a massive surplus, isn't responsible for 9-11, and isn't responsible for losing two wars at the very same time.
