I havent spent a lot of time on this so I could be wrong....
Generally Clinton's support stronger in the denser populated south.
So are the Accuvote areas.
There are plenty of areas in the South where Clinton won without Accuvote. e.g. South Hampton
There are plenty of areas Obama won in the North with Accuvote. e.g. Conway
Conclusion: Bogus Brad.
