The point I was making was that people were simply making up their own definitions out of their hats, and your post is a first-class example of that.
Your highly-personal and somewhat bizarre definition does not fit any other I have seen. Nobody serious conflates any version of neoconservatism with right-wing evangelism or domestic economic issues.
